Sports physicals that will be good for the entire upcoming 2017/2018 sports year will be offered at Ogden High and Ben Lomond. The cost will be $10.00. All proceeds are donated to the high schools and used for training room equipment and supplies. Athletes are requested to have the “Medical Information” portion completed when they arrive for their physical.
The Utah High School Activities Association require all athletes to have a current (within the last 12 months) to participate. This includes tryouts. Athletes who don’t have a current physical are not allowed to tryout. Sports physicals are also required at the junior high level for sports in the Ogden School District.
