TIGERS WIN GIRLS GAME. SCOTS WIN BOYS GAME.

TIGERS WIN GIRLS GAME. SCOTS WIN BOYS GAME.

It was a fun atmosphere at the Phil Russell Gym at Ogden High last night. Because of Region 10’s “same night, same site” scheduling, fans were treated to a bunch of basketball games. In the first varsity match up of the night, the Ogden Tigers Girls Basketball team defeated the Ben Lomond Scots by a score of 53-39. Juliann Stein (12 pts, 7 rebs) and Ashley Christensen (11 pts, 4 asts) lead the way for the Tigers. Ben Lomond’s Janessa Coleman had a game-high 19 points. In the boy’s varsity game, the Scots took home the victory with a final score of 78-61. The Scots had 4 players reach double figures in scoring, lead by Garret Rentmeister’s 23 points, which included 3 3-pointers. The Tigers DJ Frye lead all scorers with 24. Congrats to both teams!
